One way to know Valdés, is walking in direct contact with nature, which will provide us a new vision of the council. The council of Valdés counts with the first small hiking routes that were approved in the Principality of Asturias.

PR AS-1

Hoces del Esva 
 

It is an old way to San Pedro de Paredes, used by the vaqueiros to climb to the meadows of Pena, Relloso and Adrado. The itinerary follows for this braña and back down by the other path to Bustiello de Paredes. There is a beautiful view of the Paredes valley.


 

PR AS-4

Cabo de Busto

Trail around Cape Busto. The circular route around the Cape Busto, through forests ofmaritime pine and meadows with a side of exception: the Bay of Biscay. This P.R. link to the future GR-9, Baltic coastal Atlantic European path, it passes through Asturias.


 

PR AS-3

San Antón de Concieiro

The old Camino de San Antón de Concieiro was an antique royal way to Madrid and Santiago. It runs through the Concilleros mountain range (Councilleros mountain 504 metres) by a smooth and easy path. It has beautiful views of the coastal plateau.

Los Llugarinos
 

Itinerary for the banks of Esva, and down the trail of the Mills. The road runs through meadows and crops apart from the plain of Esva. Beautiful river views from the valley.Then an attractive path parallel to the trail of the Mills to Fountain.
