Aula del Mar
A major unknown world, is what gives you CEPESMA through its exposure of the Aula del Mar, considered one of the world's largest of the spanish ocean.
EThere are Unique species such as 8 giant squid Architeuthis of 13 meters and the largest Taningia danae in the world are just some examples of what this show offers, deep-sea fish, whales, shellfish, turtles, crustaceans, birds marine, invertebrates, etc., for a total of more than 700 species that make up a unique journey through the life in our seas.
One of the most important tasks of this NGO is the environmental education, which makes CEPESMA one of the best examples at national level to disseminate and educate in the protection and promotion of biodiversity in our seas.
From April the 14th in 1998, the Aula del Mar is open daily for groups and educational community upon request date and time and can be accessed by the general public from Monday to Friday from 11h to 13h and 16h to 20h and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 11h to 14h and 16h to 20h.
