On August 15th is the feast of Nuestra Señora del Rosario, declared as tourist interesting celebration in which the Virgin goes over the coast accompanied by all the port boats decorated with flowers and flags.

August 13th: Beginning of el Rosario celebrations with "La sardinada" (distribution of sardines and cider), then we can enjoy of the fair in Llera.

August 14th: Watergames at the Luarca’s port and fair in the evening.

August 15th: El Rosario is the celebration of the seamen coinciding with high tide; there is a sea procession, in which the whole fleet company the Virgin around all the luarca’s coast.
