THROUGHOUT THE YEAR

Within of the Council of Valdés different celebrations take place, one for each village. Among the most representative are the "San Miguel" in Trevías, "Santa Rita" in Otur, "El Carmen" in Barcia and many others which manifest the vitality of the people from Valdés. 

January:

Cavalcade of the Three Kings - January 5th in Luarca

May:

Aquelcabo: San Isidro, May 15th
Trevías: San Isidro and the trade fair (May 15th)
Otur: Santa Rita, May 22th
Otur: in late May, Otur Trade Fair is celebrated.

June:

Arcallana: El Carmen, the weekend before June 16th.
